What we collect
To create an account and use Matchseeking, we collect: your email and basic profile information, photos you upload, your matching preferences, and messages you send through the platform. Vendors additionally provide information about the profile(s) they manage.
How we use it
Your information is used to operate your account, power the AI Matchmaker’s suggestions, and let you communicate with matches. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Photo privacy
Photos you mark private are not visible to other members until you explicitly approve access. You can revoke that access at any time.
This website vs. the app
This website (matchseeker.malhansoft.com) does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies for visitors — see our Cookies page. The Matchseeking app itself, where you create an account and use the matching service, is where the data described above is actually collected.
Data retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for legal, safety, or fraud-prevention purposes.
